State Lobbying Disclosure: A Scorecard


OpenSecrets has released a new scorecard ranking the quality of lobbying disclosure in each U.S. state. This scorecard shows that many states are falling short when it comes to providing meaningful disclosure of lobbying activities. But it also shows that some states are successfully requiring meaningful disclosure in ways that serve as a model for other states.
