MEET THE CLASS

Here's a little look at our June 2022 Endorsement Class by the numbers:

What are they fighting for? => 12% Running for education roles (school board, state board of education, etc) => 5% Running for legal positions (district attorney, judge, sheriff, etc) => 22% Running for municipal office (mayor, city council, county council, etc) => 61% Running for state legislature
How do they identify? => 43% people of color => 23% LGBTQIA+ => 62% women
This class includes some truly unique folks, including an airplane mechanic, multiple children of immigrants, a candidate who received an award at the 9th Annual Whistleblowers Summit, a number of teachers, and a candidate who helped organize her city's delegation to the March for Women's Lives in Washington.
