We can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel after three years of advocating against this horrible policy – and it’s all thanks to supporters like you. Urge President Biden to take the next step in building a more humane immigration system by putting an end to Title 42.

I have big news. 

After three long years, the Supreme Court ruled that President Biden can terminate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP)!  

This decision is an important win for asylum seekers – and you fought for it. 

Known as the “Remain in Mexico” policy, MPP forced more than 70,000 people – including 13,000 kids – to wait out immigration proceedings in border camps in dangerous Mexican cities. They’ve been living under a constant threat of violence, waiting for our nation to open its doors. 

Now, the Biden administration finally has the power to end this shameful policy. 

But John, our work isn’t done until every last migrant child is welcomed and protected. Send a message to President Biden: we must continue to fight policies that limit asylum for families in need – starting with Title 42. 

Children arrive at our southern border scared and exhausted, looking for nothing more than a safe place to grow up. While Title 42 is still in place, the border will needlessly remain closed to them – no matter how desperately they need our help.
