Donald Norcross voted for the historic Equality Act to ensure that all LGBTQ Americans are granted the full protections guaranteed by federal civil rights law and secured hundreds of thousands in federal funding to support services that will benefit New Jersey's LGBTQ community, specifically LGBTQ youth.
