Tonight at midnight is my first reporting
deadline since the Supreme Court ruled that my granddaughters don't have
the freedom to control their own bodies.

The stakes of this election are clear: my extreme opponents want my
granddaughters to be second-class citizens and plan to change the election
rules so they can steal future elections.

I couldn't be more different. On Tuesday, I stood with Attorney General
Kaul as the state filed a direct challenge against Wisconsin's
19th-century law that could ban nearly all abortions, even in cases of
rape and incest.

If I win, we can keep our voting rights and fight like hell to defend
abortion rights. If I lose, our freedom is at risk.
