Dear Friend,

At Adhikaar we believe in fostering an intergenerational space to advance the rights of our community. Central to this work is organizing and building the power of our Nepali-speaking youth.

For the first time in over a decade, Adhikaar has an active youth program for the Nepali-speaking youth in New York City Today, our 45+ youth members–many of who hail from diverse ethnic, gender, caste, and immigration status backgrounds–possess a deeper understanding of Adhikaar’s theory of change, the systems and policies that impact low wage immigrant workers and their families, and the tools and strategies to push for systemic change. To learn more about our commitment to intergenerational organizing and advocacy check out our latest newsletter.

Thank you for taking the time to support and uplift our work. Your donation helps Adhikaar meet the challenges of today and work towards building a just future.

In solidarity,

Pabitra Khati Benjamin,

Executive Director, Adhikaar
