Tonight is our first FEC deadline since we learned that Susan will once again be defending her seat against right-wing extremist Lisa Scheller. Experts are forecasting an incredibly close race — the Cook Political Report is even projecting this as a “Leans Republican” district.

If the election were held today, Susan would only have a 50/50 chance of defeating her far-right extremist opponent, and that doesn't even take into consideration the anticipated "midterm slump."
