We fund voter protection John, Apparently, the conservative-majority Supreme Court isn’t done delivering horrifying and devastating opinions this month … Less than a week after the overturning of Roe v. Wade, they handed down this decision: “Supreme Court allows Louisiana to use congressional map that lower court said likely violates Voting Rights Act” That’s right — the Supreme Court has allowed a congressional map that weakened and diluted Black Louisianans’ votes. It’s a horrible decision, but came as a result of the ultra-conservative Supreme Court majority. There is only one course of action forward: We must keep fighting for voting rights on the local and state level. If the Supreme Court will not block gerrymandering, we have to continue to do everything in our power to protect the vote. But we need your support.
