John,

We are devastated.

The Supreme Court’s decision on West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency sets a dangerous precedent for tackling climate change: It severely limits the federal government's ability to reduce carbon emissions.

A recent report shows the United States is already not on track to reach net-zero emissions by 2050, and this ruling will prevent progress.

We need your support to show that climate action has grassroots support and show Big Oil that we won’t back down from demanding climate action. So please, contribute $10 before midnight to help us reach our $3,000 end-of-month goal.

We need to get Big Oil-backed leaders out of our government and elect more climate champions to pass climate legislation that would address the issues threatening our planet before it is too late.

Contribute $10 before midnight and join our movement to elect climate champions and demand immediate climate action.
