As we approach our critical fundraising deadline today at midnight, I want to give you a few quick updates from the campaign trail:

First of all: our field operation is in full swing, as we continue to reach voters and spread the message that our campaign is all about fighting for working families. And the response we're getting from voters is tremendous.

Second: we're only $2874 away from meeting our end of quarter goal, a critical mile marker as we head into the summer.

Will you chip in $3 now and get us over the line?

Third, our Republican opponent, Alek Skarlatos, is looking to become MAGA Republicans' beachhead in Oregon. If he wins, he'll join the chorus of close-minded extremists in DC who are hellbent on continuing the destructive legacy of Donald Trump.

Alek's dangerous views are on full display when it comes to abortion. When he was asked about the prospect of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, his answer was clear: "Go for it."

It keeps getting worse: Alek supports defunding Planned Parenthood. He's as bad as anti-abortion radicals come. If Alek Skarlatos gets to Congress, he'll be a vote to outlaw abortion and contraceptives nationwide and set the clock back by decades.

We can't let that happen, John. This election is just too important. You know the stakes.
