Today the Supreme Court issued another outrageous decision saying that the Clean Air Act doesn't allow the government to regulate clean air.

This court is out of control. It's acting like a Fox News panel, not the highest court in the land.

Congress has to fight back and reassert its authority over this unaccountable, unelected, reactionary group of justices.

Just slightly larger majorities in the House and Senate would mean abolishing the filibuster and expanding the court. It would mean passing laws to reverse these ridiculous decisions and curtailing the right of the court to review them at all. It would mean hearings to investigate Ginni Thomas's sedition, and what her husband knew about it when issuing opinions on the insurrection.

With a razor-thin House majority, Democrats need to fight for every single seat. We can’t take anything for granted.
