You haven't heard from me yet, which is why I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Ryan, Christy's new campaign manager and I'm here to fill you in on what makes Christy's campaign so special.
Christy spends the bulk of her free campaign time talking to voters and everyday people who have so much at stake in this election. She knows how hard it is to get by in this country, with insane gas prices, outrageous housing costs, and lack of adequate childcare. Most of Congress is completely out of touch with how hard it is for regular folks right now.
And that's why it's so important that we hit our FEC fundraising goal before tonight’s deadline and help send Christy to Washington.
She knows that her supporters aren't always people who can just sign a big, fat check and be done with it. Her supporters are teachers, single parents, electricians, union members, and working-class people from all walks of life.
That's why every single donation is so important. While her extreme right-wing opponent Mike Garcia can simply cave and rake in the big bucks from corporations and dark money super PACs, that's just not Christy's style.
Going against that kind of money is hard, but Christy knows it's the right thing to do. If every one of her supporters threw in what they could – just $5 or even a little more – she'd be in a great place to take on the big money tycoons and run a hard-hitting campaign.
