- build their ability to engage with Ending the HIV Epidemic plans in jurisdictions within their states
- prioritize HIV-related and harm reduction legislation
- work on HIV decriminalization efforts
We are in a critical moment in the fight against HIV. We now have the tools to end the epidemic if we enhance access, fight stigma, and empower communities who are disproportionately impacted.
