I wanted to share an update with you on where we stand after the Supreme Court overturned Roe last week.

This is a dangerous decision that is going to lead to the denial of critical health services for millions of women and criminal consequences for patients and doctors alike in states where extreme Republicans are doing everything they can to punish essential reproductive care.

I’m concerned that extreme Republicans won’t stop there, either. Senate Republicans and GOP state legislatures across the country are pushing for more draconian measures everywhere we look – and it’s up to us to stop them.

Please, can I count on your support before our midnight deadline? $5, or whatever you can spare, could make a huge difference in our push to elect pro-choice Democrats and defend reproductive rights. [link removed]

Simply put, I’m doing everything I can to fight back. I’m leading the Senate Judiciary Committee in a hearing about this SCOTUS decision next month and I’m still fighting tooth and nail to protect reproductive rights at the federal level.
