The Supreme Court has been chipping away at the Voting Rights Act for 9 years. And they are gearing up to decide on a case that could prohibit voting practices and procedures that discriminate on the basis of race.

Critical voting rights bills to expand and protect voting rights – including the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act – are being held hostage in the Senate.

We saw what happened to Roe. The only way to fight back is to elect state-level voting rights champions to protect voting rights.

We need Democratic Secretaries of State. They are the last line of defense to protect our democracy and protect voting rights.
