If we want to capitalize on this opportunity to flip WI-01 blue, we’ll need a massive grassroots organizing and outreach program supporting Ann.

Hello, this is Chair Ben Wikler reaching out from WisDems HQ.

Just days ago, the Supreme Court made the disastrous decision to overturn Roe v. Wade — rolling back decades of settled laws and rights for millions of Americans.

Access to safe and legal abortion is on the ballot this year. In Wisconsin, we must elect Democratic leaders who will fight for essential health care at the state and federal level.

In Wisconsin’s 1st District, we have a real opportunity to flip a critical district blue and elect Democrat Ann Roe — a no-nonsense community leader determined to fight for a woman’s right to abortion.

I know you’re busy, friends, so I have a quick ask: Can you split any amount to Ann Roe and WisDems? In light of this heartbreaking decision, we need to make sure strong pro-choice leaders like Ann win all across Wisconsin >>

As the only Democrat running in WI-01, my team at WisDems is pivoting to general election mode for Ann’s race — making sure she has the resources, organizers, and outreach support she needs to defeat well-connected, Republican politician Bryan Steil in this nail-biter election.

Here’s the reality: if we want to capitalize on this opportunity to flip WI-01 blue and send a Democrat who will fight for to safe and legal abortion access to Congress, Ann needs a massive grassroots organizing and outreach program supporting her.

But it’ll be costly — expenses like snacks for volunteers, campaign literature, and hiring more organizers are what we’ll need to execute our winning strategy.

Ann and I are counting on a surge of support — 500 Democrats strong — to stand with us and fight for abortion access in Congress. So I have to ask again — can you split any amount now to support my team at WisDems and Ann Roe for Congress? >>
