I just want to make sure you saw this note from Joe, below.
Joe asked me to personally reach out to see if you can give before our critical deadline. Every day, we are inspired by the example set by local activists and community leaders on the frontlines. Every day, they prove the importance of investing in long-term, hyper local organizing.
With each day, I am more confident that the work we are doing at Groundwork is critical and will make an impact. We need you, team. This isn’t the time to sit on the sidelines. We are hoping we can count on you to make either a one-time contribution OR a monthly, sustaining contribution today.

Thank you,

Are you tired? I am too. The last few weeks — let alone years — have been challenging. With each day, we see more fundamental rights being challenged and more proof that our democracy is under real threat.
In moments like these, it is easy to turn away — especially when you live in a state where you still feel any form of protection. But I need to urge you not to turn away. Not now. Rest if you need to; take care of yourself and your people. But then come back to the fight. I promise you, we’ll be here.
Because our partner states — Alabama, West Virginia, Mississippi, and Oklahoma — have never had the luxury of that protection. Abortion access had been all but eliminated, long before SCOTUS ruled, and trigger bans on the the books will now take what remains of reproductive rights away.
Groundwork is digging deep for them, and I hope you will dig deep with us. This week is our FIRST FEC filing since the Jan. 6th committee went prime time and Roe was over turned. Our financial strength will signal if we are going to roll over or roll up our sleeves to fight another day. You know which side I am on — are you with me?

This work is hard but what we are doing at Groundwork matters. And none of it is possible without you.
It only takes a few minutes to send in your donation, but those few minutes continue making an impact for days, months, and even years when put in the hands of our trusted partners and organizers on the ground.
