John – Did you see me on CNN last night? Our neighboring states are banning abortion, so I went on the air to send a clear message to everyone in the Southwest: New Mexico is a reproductive safe haven state – and it will remain that way as long as I am Governor.

Please, will you donate $5 right now to help me win reelection, defeat my anti-choice opponent, and keep abortion legal?

Governors are now our first line of defense against attacks on reproductive freedom – and with Texas, Oklahoma, and Utah all banning abortion, I took executive action on Monday to protect patients who travel to receive abortion care, as well as their doctors. But my opponent, Mark Ronchetti, is a far-right radical who will reverse our progress and ban abortion if he is elected.

Even worse, the Republican Governors Association recently poured money into New Mexico to flip our state red – and I have a very narrow lead on my opponent. If I don't reach my $150,000 goal before my reporting deadline on July 2, I won't be able to fight back against GOP attacks and continue to safeguard reproductive freedom.

Please, will you rush a contribution of $5 or more now – whatever you can spare to defeat my anti-choice opponent – so I can keep New Mexico blue and abortion legal?
