A new poll from Marquette University Law School shows Sarah Godlewski (D) defeating Ron Johnson (R) in Wisconsin's U.S. Senate race: 45%–43%.
Sarah is the only Democrat pulling ahead of the GOP incumbent in EVERY public poll because Wisconsin voters believe she has the BEST shot to flip this seat. But we can't get too comfortable.
Republicans have already reserved $24 million in our tipping-point race to protect Ron Johnson, and they have raised over $200 million to take back the Senate majority. These latest poll numbers tell us that we can expect the GOP to pour even more money into Wisconsin to blunt our momentum.
The future of our reproductive rights, our democracy, our planet, and more — it's all on the line this November. But it's clear our 50/50 majority just isn't cutting it, so we have to flip GOP seats to be able to make progress on the issues that matter most.
