This is a major week for our campaign. The primary election was yesterday, and while Jan ran unopposed, she is now officially the Democratic nominee for Illinois’ new 9th Congressional District! Now that we’re entering the general election season, the stakes are even higher for Jan and vulnerable House Democrats across the country.

Tomorrow is the most crucial FEC fundraising deadline to date, and everything we’ve raised goes public. This is a huge indicator of our grassroots strength and the GOP will be scrutinizing our FEC reports to find any sign of weakness.
