Here at SBA Pro-Life America, we’ve been working nonstop since the decision came down to get our messaging into the mainstream media, connect with political leaders at all levels, and support governors who are protecting babies in their states.

We’ve seen so much progress, and it hasn’t even been a week since the ruling! I’d love to personally share an update on that progress with you.

Roe v. Wade took almost 50 years to overturn. But praise God pro-life states barely took 50 minutes (literally) to start enforcing their pro-life laws after the Supreme Court’s official ruling last Friday morning ending Roe and beginning America’s Dobbs era.

For years, you have supported SBA Pro-Life America’s ambitious and successful efforts in state capitals to pass scores of new or additional pro-life protections in anticipation of Dobbs being upheld and such laws allowed to go into effect.

17 states have pro-life protections in effect or soon to be in effect. Based on the most recent abortion reporting available in these states this means you will be saving over 140,000 unborn lives a year. More states working through regulatory or legal issues will be added to this list in the weeks and months ahead.
