After analyzing the primary results in our race, The Cook Political Report has upgraded our chance of flipping CA-41. Ken Calvert is more vulnerable than he’s ever been.
There's no doubt this news has Calvert and the Republicans in a panic -- especially when you consider why this rating change occurred. Despite Calvert’s best efforts, he barely scraped by in the primary -- with the Republican vote share landing in a “far closer margin than other GOP incumbents.”
This is a huge moment for our campaign, but we'll need to keep our foot on the gas if we're going to flip this seat and send Calvert packing:
