MEDIA ADVISORY: Gov. Justice to debut Capitol Circle as second route of the West Virginia Mountain Rides program tomorrow at 1:30 p.m.

WHAT: Gov. Justice will host an event to unveil Capitol Circle as the second route of the West Virginia Mountain Rides program, a collaborative partnership between the West Virginia Department of Transportation and the West Virginia Department of Tourism to designate and promote the Mountain State’s most scenic country roads to drive by car or motorcycle.
Capitol Circle starts and ends in Charleston, making a smooth and easy loop for riders along Route 60 E. The route takes riders on a journey through just over 200 miles of the bustling Metro Valley and New River-Greenbrier Valley. Experience of the capital city and complete the route all within a little over 6-hours round trip.
After the event, Gov. Justice and officials will ceremonially cut a ribbon to kick off a procession of several motorcycles and vehicles that will be the first to officially drive on the Capitol Circle.
