The radical majority on the Supreme Court is taking away our human rights and overturning the freedom to get an abortion — a right that the vast majority of Americans support.
But they have a serious legitimacy crisis. At least three of them lied under oath about their belief that Roe v Wade was settled precedent. And Clarence Thomas's wife was directly involved in the insurrection to overthrow our government.
I'm calling for Clarence Thomas and every Supreme Court Justice who lied under oath to be impeached.
That is what we should be pushing for nationally. We're saving our democracy as it's hanging by a thread, and John, I'm ready to fight for our freedoms. It's clear that the radical right-wing extremists on the Supreme Court have thrown out any theory of jurisprudence and instead just reach the most conservative outcome in every case.
That's why they said in Bruen that New York can't write its own gun laws — but then the next day said that the states can write their own laws to ban abortion and attack bodily autonomy.
That's why multiple of them lied under oath.
That's why Clarence Thomas sees no problem with ruling on cases about the investigation into January 6 — which his wife was DIRECTLY involved in.
So today, I'm putting the pressure on our federal leaders by calling for Clarence Thomas's impeachment, and I hope you'll join me in this pivotal moment for our democracy.
