Public Comment Period Open - 

Proposed Emergency Rules for Local Government Project American Rescue Plan Act Grants

The public is invited to provide written comment on proposed State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) emergency rules for Local Government Project American Rescue Plan Act Grants (Chapter 42) in advance of the SLIB's consideration of the rules at a special meeting on July 21, 2022. 

 

During the 2022 Legislative Session, OSLI received an appropriation of $50,000,000 for administrative costs and merit based allocations of competitive grant funding to cities, counties and tribal governments to address the COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impacts.

Comments may be submitted by email to [email protected] or to the address listed below.   Written public comment will be accepted *until 5PM on July 11th, 2022.*
