This is a serious email about my opponent Kevin McCarthy's failure to hold Donald Trump accountable for his role in the storming of the US Capitol.

Please read it, and then consider chipping in $3 to help me get the word out and defeat him in the midterms.

The revelations from this week's Jan 6th hearings have been stunning.

It's clear Trump was complicit in trying to overturn the election. This quote to the Justice Department stood out: “Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican Congressmen.”

At first, Kevin McCarthy was on record condemning Trump’s coup attempt. But after being scolded, he turned into Trump's biggest enabler. With our democracy in peril, McCarthy adopted a pro-Trump cover-up policy.

It's cowardly, and it's yet another reminder that McCarthy isn't fit to serve this district, let alone become Speaker of the House. He'd rather grovel to Trump and the fringe of his party than do the right thing.

I'm confident we can win this race and improve the lives of everyone in the Central Valley. To do that, I need your help:
