Because the FBI just illegally searched President Trump’s election attorney, John Eastman.
Another ATTACK by Biden’s thug Department of Justice, violating an American’s rights – just like they did to the hundreds of Patriots following January 6th, 2021.
And they won’t stop there. You and I, our families, our friends, and our fellow Americans are all in grave danger.
I can say that because I just got done reading Mr. Eastman’s legal filing in the U.S. District Court for New Mexico. And let me tell you, what the FBI did to him is an OUTRAGE!
On June 22, FBI agents executed an ILLEGAL search and seizure of Mr. Eastman as he left a restaurant. And they:
• Under gun point, made him put his hands on his head, and then refused to show him the warrant,
• Seized his smart phone, and forced him to unlock it,
• And only showed him the warrant after they seized his phone.
• Never showed him the FBI affidavit which would allegedly justify the (illegal) search and seizure.
But there’s much more. I’ll quote directly from the legal filing:
“The federal agents identified themselves as FBI agents, but they appeared to be executing a warrant issued at the behest of the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG)…While movant is an attorney, movant has never worked for the Department of Justice.”
The Office of the Inspector General has no legal jurisdiction over Attorney John Eastman!
What’s more, the FBI VIOLATED several rights of Mr. Eastman, including his rights under the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution…and the right to confidential, legal discussions with his clients recorded on his phone.
These tyrannical abuses, and the surprise hearing held by the January 6th Show Trial Committee on the morning of June 28, tell me THE CLOCK IS TICKING for our Country and our Constitution!
You and I must fight NOW to get justice for the January 6th protestors and to fight for fair elections…or it’s over for America.
I have initiated two class actions suits of peaceful January 6th protesters, and they are in the courts as I write this email. Our citizens grand juries are also addressing the Gestapo tactics of the Biden Justice Department and it’s FBI!
