Without a doubt, the road to a Republican majority in the House runs through CA-49. This is a Top 20 pick-up for the NRCC and a Top 2 pick-up within the state of California. Levin garnered less than 50% of the vote in the primary election. Because of the opportunity in this district, we are already receiving tremendous 3rd party support.


We are within striking distance of winning this seat and everyone is talking about it - on both sides of the aisle. Real Clear Politics has this race marked as a “toss up” ([link removed]) and Nancy Pelosi recently tweeted ([link removed]) : “The future of our Democratic majority and our democracy runs through Mike Levin’s district.” In fact, the Democrats’ House Majority PAC has already committed to $1.7M in ad buys for this race.

Republicans are putting their full weight behind this race. The Congressional Leadership Fund has committed to $1.6M in ad buys for this race, and the NRCC is already running a digital ad against Levin: [link removed]

As an added bonus, the American Action Network is already running a TV ad against Levin as well and has pledged $400k in spending to highlight Levin's failures: [link removed]

Levin's progressive views do not match the values of this district. The 49th is full of common sense, hardworking people who are ready for a change. They want real progress, not the progressive nonsense coming down from D.C.


Together, we will secure a Republican majority in the House and send Brian to the halls of Congress so that he can push back against the current administration’s agenda of empty shelves, baby formula shortages, $6 per gallon gas, open borders, and foreign energy dependence.
