Eric Sorensen, meteorologist and Democratic *nominee* for Congress in IL-17, here. Last night’s victory meant so much, knowing that I had your support behind me. So again, THANK YOU for your support of our campaign.

For two decades, I’ve earned the trust of my community by telling them the truth every day. And that trust is what kept them safe in the severe weather. And it’s that trust that will allow us to keep this seat blue in November. The people here in Illinois need a representative in Congress who they trust.

So while we take a moment to celebrate our win from yesterday, we’re also looking ahead. Our prep for November begins today. Our Republican opponent has a $1.5M warchest and we need your help, friend, if we’re to have a chance against her.
