Back in 2020, Republicans poured millions of dollars into a campaign aimed
at defeating me, and they failed. Their attacks, however, have only grown
in magnitude.

Months before Election Day, Kevin McCarthy is campaigning for the
Speakership and a Republican House Majority by threatening to remove me
from my committee assignments, and retaliate against anyone who tried to
hold Trump accountable.

Alongside that, Trump and the Fox News Misinformation Machine have been
relentless in peddling lies about me and smearing my name — knowing that
I’m running in a new district where tens of thousands of voters have never
seen my name on a ballot before the primary.

First impressions are everything, and I can’t afford to sit by and let
Republicans paint a false picture of me and the work I’ve done to help
working families.

They may have endless Fox News headlines and millions of dark money
dollars on their side, but I have you. We can overcome their efforts – but
only if we band together before this all-important FEC deadline at
