Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization raises serious concerns that data collected by apps and websites – including location data, search histories, and even menstruation tracking data – could be used to target those who seek out abortion care.
The “My Body, My Data” legislation would create a new national standard to protect personal reproductive health data, preventing this information from being disclosed or misused.
