We’ve gotten a lot of questions about healthcare on the campaign trail, and today we wanted to quickly remind everyone of the importance of providing inclusive and excellent gender-affirming healthcare. Our trans siblings continue to have their basic human rights denied as legislators in our state and across the country push transphobic legislation. Congress & our State House have the responsibility to deliver comprehensive, affordable, and excellent care to everyone, especially our queer and trans communities.

We’re calling on you to help us celebrate Pride by not only showing up to a parade, but also to be a loud activist for trans-inclusionary healthcare.

Healthcare is a human right, period. Help us celebrate Pride by taking a second to make a public comment to Vermont’s Medicaid Policy Unity to include trans and nonbinary individuals in an upcoming Medicaid policy change.
