After the U.S. Supreme Court made the disastrous decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Pennsylvania Republicans are planning an all-out war on reproductive rights in Harrisburg.

In the General Assembly, Republicans are pushing to pass SB 956 — a state constitutional amendment banning abortion without exceptions. The dangerous legislation would also allow politicians to restrict access to IVF, birth control, and contraception. Even worse, Governor Tom Wolf would have NO power to veto it.

That’s why we need to flip the PA House blue in November and elect pro-choice Democrats up and down the ballot. Otherwise, Republican candidate Doug Mastriano would waste no time outlawing abortion in our Commonwealth calling it his “number one issue.”

We cannot allow PA Republicans to take away our fundamental freedoms. Add your name to demand PA lawmakers protect the right to choose by codifying Roe v. Wade at the state level immediately!
