Dear John, As you know, the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade is a TREMENDOUS victory for life! But with this lifesaving decision comes a new set of challenges for the pro-life movement. They feel overwhelmed by the weight of their circumstances and don’t realize they have options other than abortion. The reversal of Roe doesn’t erase their hopelessness. Who will these moms in crisis turn to? What will happen to their children and families? Without help and hope, many women will still seek abortion out of desperation and fear. Abortion sadly remains legal and widely available in about 24 states where women will visit their local Planned Parenthood. And even though abortion is thankfully restricted in about 26 states, moms in these states may feel like they have no other choice and make a tragic decision to take the dangerous abortion pill or travel to a state where abortion is still legal.
