It’s been a BIG week for Team McKee, John, so I’m reaching out with a quick update.
Since Governor Dan McKee took office 15 months ago, his administration has laid the foundation to make Rhode Island a better place to live, work, and raise a family – and Governor McKee’s coalition of support proves how effective his leadership has been. [[link removed]]

First: Governor Dan McKee was endorsed by Rhode Island House Speaker Joseph Shekarchi and Senate President Dominick Ruggerio. [[link removed]]
Over the past 15 months, the Governor has forged a strong relationship with them, and worked together to deliver real results for Rhode Island families – including yesterday’s historic budget.
When elected to a full four-year term, the Governor is prepared to double-down on the progress he made with the Speaker and Senate President this year, and keep Rhode Island moving forward.

Governor McKee was proud to earn the endorsement of the Rhode Island Democratic Party at Sunday’s convention. Our state is at a critical moment when we must continue our strong economic momentum, protect reproductive rights, pass common sense gun legislation, and tackle the housing crisis.
We look forward to helping elect Democrats up and down the ballot, as our team knocks doors and makes phone calls across the state for the upcoming election.
