I’m sure that today has been busy for you so I’ll keep it short: today’s the final opportunity to make your voice heard in Illinois.

What was once an idea is now a leading campaign to keep IL-17 blue:

-Three consecutive polls showing our campaign leading in the polls, with the highest name recognition, and highest favorability. When presented with each candidate’s bio, including that I am the local weatherman and scientist, my lead nearly doubled from 4% to 7%.
-We’ve fundraised more than any other campaign in the Democratic field through a broad grassroots base of over 2,000 supporters!
-We’ve built a strong team, and have been endorsed by 314 Action (support scientists), Equality PAC Co-Chairs Chairman Mark Takano (D-CA.) and Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI), the LGBTQ Victory Fund, and the National Weather Service Employees Organization.

And friend, that’s all because of YOU. Our dedicated supporters are how we’ve made it here and how we’re going to keep IL-17 blue. The science communicator is our best choice to hold this critical seat.
