With the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade it has never been more important that we elect leaders to Congress who will defend reproductive rights. And on this issue – Seth and his Republican opponent, Allan Fung, couldn't be more different.

Throughout his time serving Rhode Island, Seth has stood up for the right of women to make their own reproductive health care choices. As Treasurer, he worked to pass the Reproductive Privacy Act which codified Roe into Rhode Island law. And he supports the Equal Access to Abortion Act because a women's right to reproductive health care should not depend on her health insurance.

Allan Fung on the other hand opposed codifying Roe v. Wade in Rhode Island and was endorsed by RI Right to Life, a group that wants to make abortion illegal. The choice is clear this November: we need to elect Seth to defend reproductive rights – but it won't be easy

A new poll shows Allan Fung is leading the race for Rhode Island's 2nd District and that Seth is the strongest Democrat to beat Fung. In fact, Seth is the only Democrat who holds Fung to a single digit lead. We need your help to ensure we have the resources to beat Fung so we can keep RI-02 blue this November.
