For most of June, I've sounded the alarm about a dramatic slowdown in our grassroots fundraising.

Summer slump. A downward trend. Call it whatever you want. The fact is that it's alarming because, in less than 72 hours, we'll hit the most important FEC deadline of 2022.

• You've watched the Jan. 6 hearings and know that Donald Trump is at war with our democracy, including here in Michigan.
• You know that the DeVos family is spending vast sums of money to push their handpicked candidates and their radical agenda.
• And you know that if we lose key Michigan U.S. House races, Democrats will lose Congress.
