In case you haven’t heard, Trump has been rallying his supporters all over the country with his MAGA candidates to get Republican voters energized ahead of the midterm elections. That’s not the only reason why he’s touring the nation, though — we all know he never acts without himself in mind first and foremost.

He’s doing this to help promote his eventual presidential campaign and to make sure the GOP continues to follow his every command even when he’s not holding public office.

Sadly, he is still the dominant voice in the GOP. Republican candidates are practically stepping over each other in order to prove themselves as “MAGA enough” to earn Trump’s endorsement.

They’re willing to do anything and everything to get his attention and seal of approval. Republican candidates this year are more extreme than ever before and have no shame in continuing to peddle conspiracy theories about vaccines and the Big Lie.

Trump’s efforts are all about helping himself, inflaming the country, and building up his campaign coffers and chits.

It’s clear: Trump is working to create the most right-wing Congress, court system, and state governments in history. With that, they can be used to deliver him the presidency even if he loses.
