With Roe v. Wade overturned, Minnesota will likely soon be the only safe haven for abortion access in the upper Midwest.

In two of our neighboring states, abortion “trigger” bans were already in place, meaning abortions were banned or severely restricted the moment the Supreme Court’s ruling came down. And the others are expected to follow their lead soon.

That’s why Keith is vowing to legally defend people who travel to Minnesota for abortion if they face prosecution in their home states.

While AG Ellison is fighting to protect reproductive freedom for all, his right-wing Republican opponents are pledging to attack reproductive rights the moment they’re elected and want nothing more than to see a Texas-style abortion ban implemented in Minnesota.
