This has been quite a past week.
First, in a historic decision, the Supreme Court overruled Roe and Casey, righting a historic wrong and sending abortion back to the states and the representatives of the people.
The language from Justice Alito’s opinion reads, “Held: The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives."
I was proud to join an amicus brief in Dobbs supporting Mississippi’s law to protect life, which led to this historic decision.
As your next US Senator, I will continue to defend innocent life. You don’t have to take my word for it - just look at my pro-life record as Arizona’s Attorney General.
The Supreme Court made another important decision this week upholding the Second Amendment and striking down New York’s attempt to restrict concealed carry rights. We co-led that coalition to defend the Second Amendment before SCOTUS and this win reaffirms that our rights are God-given, not government granted.
And we just got a ruling protecting the First Amendment and freedom of expression! I was proud to co-lead the 27-state coalition amicus brief on this case, defending a High School football coach who prayed on the 50-yard line after games and was fired for it.
Finally, thank you to all who tuned in for the FreedomWorks Forum with my US Senate primary opponents. In that debate, you saw the difference between talk and action. While my opponents stood on stage and talked the talk — I was able to show my record. A record that has been fighting to secure our southern border, protecting children against CRT, and putting the people of Arizona first. If you missed it, watch here!
