What has been done with abortion rights is an assault on our liberties — but we can and will fight back
Stacey Abrams for Governor

John,

After last week’s Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade, Georgia’s current, extremist governor immediately filed notice to allow his dangerous abortion ban — which outlaws abortion before many women even know they are pregnant — to take effect.

You might be asking where we go from here: we can — and must — fight back. And as of Friday, the fight for reproductive rights must be waged in the states.

As governor, I will work every day to ensure access to affordable and safe health care for all, including access to abortion. But first we have to win in November.

If you’re able, can you make your first investment in my campaign now? Any amount helps ensure we can hold Brian Kemp accountable for his dangerous anti-abortion agenda on Election Day.

DONATE

The governor of Georgia has made clear he does not care about women or their healthcare. Our state is at or near the bottom on every health care measure — from doctor and nursing shortages, to maternal and infant mortality rates to shuttering three hospitals during the pandemic.

And if Kemp is allowed to have his way, things are only going to get worse: Kemp’s six week ban won't put an end to abortions. It will only put an end to safe abortions.

Millions of Georgians — especially low income, Black, brown and rural women and LGBTQ+ people — are counting on us to hold him accountable for his extremism, John. But I cannot do it alone. Are you with me?

These fights will not be easy, but they are ones we can win. Make your first donation to my campaign now to support our fight for reproductive rights in Georgia.

Together, we will make Georgia safe for women.

Stacey
