Without Roe v. Wade as a safeguard, Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan now are the last line of defense for abortion rights in Minnesota.

We wish it didn’t have to come to this, but the fact is the right for Minnesotans to make their own health care decisions is on the ballot this November. 

Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan have been 100% clear: No abortion ban will ever become law under their watch. But their anti-choice extremist opponents, Scott Jensen and Matt Birk, have pledged to sign a Texas-style abortion ban the moment it hits their desk.

We are fighting as hard as we can to hold the line, but the most recent public polling shows our race in a statistical dead heat, and RealClearPolitics has already downgraded Minnesota from “Lean Democratic” to “Toss-up.”
