Tech Data announces DLT Solutions acquisition
Tech Data has acquired DLT Solutions for an undisclosed price, which is expected to help it with public sector clients. Tech Data is expected to be bought by Apollo Global Management pending shareholder approval and an open-offer period expiring Monday.
