Fitzpatrick is more vulnerable than ever now that the conservative-controlled Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. This new poll shows that when voters learn about his anti-choice voting record, they are more likely to support Ashley by a 10-point margin.
It’s clear that people here in the district are angry with Fitzpatrick for refusing to defend our reproductive rights. He could have voted to codify Roe v. Wade this year. Instead, he washed his hands of it and sided with the most extreme members of his party. People feel Fitzpatrick abandoned his duty to protect their rights, and rightly so.
We must hold Fitzpatrick accountable this November at the ballot box. Rush a contribution of any amount to replace him with pro-choice champion Ashley Ehasz >>

Together, we will flip PA-01 blue, elect a pro-choice Democratic majority, and codify Roe v. Wade nationwide. Thanks for helping us elect a leader like Ashley who will always fight for reproductive rights in our Commonwealth.
