Russian Missile Attack On Shopping Mall

Russian missiles hit a shopping mall in central Ukraine with around 1,000 civilians inside on Monday. At least 10 people were killed and 40 injured in the attack on the mall in the city of Kremenchuk, as the WSJ reports
