I’m up against my June fundraising deadline. This is our first deadline since the Supreme Court issued a shameful and radical decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and strip millions of Americans of their rights.
Washingtonians’ access to abortion is not going anywhere. In other parts of the country, however, state politicians are enacting draconian bans on essential medical care.
That’s why I’ve pledged that Washington will be a sanctuary state for medical providers and individuals who face persecution for administering essential reproductive medical care in states where it is illegal.
This has made me a target to groups like RAGA, the Republican Attorneys General Association, who have spent millions against me in the past and will do so again.
