This week, Congress passed the first major gun control bill in decades. At the same time the Supreme Court was striking down unconstitutional infringements on our Second Amendment rights, Democrats and RINO Republicans in the Senate were passing new restrictions. 

 

Democrats’ efforts won’t end there. Americans are likely to see legislation attempting to ban so called ‘assault weapons’, terminate liability protections on gun manufacturers, limit ammunition sales, and inhibit ammunition manufacturers. 

 

We cannot give in! 

 

 

The right to self-defense is a value at the root of our identity as freedom-loving Americans, and we cannot grow complacent about our Constitutional rights and liberties! 

 

That’s why I have recently launched the Arizona Second Amendment Coalition, a watchdog group working together to vigilantly defend our Second Amendment rights. 

 

This coalition is a gathering of elected officials, professionals in the firearm industry, members of Second Amendment advocacy organizations, and more. This opportunity empowers Americans to interact in a broad-based coalition on challenges coming against the exercise of Second Amendment rights. 

 

As your Congressman, I will continue to lead efforts in the fight to protect our Constitutional rights and freedoms! Together we can stand against any attempts to diminish our right to life, and the defense of it.
