Last week, we watched in horror as the Supreme Court struck down decades of constitutional precedent by overturning Roe v. Wade.

But they didn’t stop there.

In his concurring opinion, Justice Thomas wrote that the legal reasoning the Supreme Court used to overturn Roe can be applied to other decisions.

Thomas specifically called out the following rulings:

Griswold, which gave married couples the right to access contraception,
Lawrence, which legalized the right to same-sex relations, and
Obergefell, which established the right for gay couples to be married.

By trying to overturn these decisions, the GOP is pushing its far right agenda the only way they can – without any say from the American people. Enough is enough!
