1. In the face of an ideological Supreme Court attacking our most basic rights, Nicole Malliotakis voted against codifying Roe v. Wade into federal law – undermining the freedom and bodily autonomy of millions of Americans. 

2. After the devastating attacks in Uvalde, Buffalo, Tulsa, and across the country, Nicole voted against bipartisan gun legislation to make our communities safer.

3. If Congressional Republicans take back the House this November, we can anticipate a wave of radical, far-right policies that strip us of our most fundamental rights and make our communities and our children less safe.
